TSC GROUP, a.s. holding hereby announces the expansion of its group by a new member. Following the acquisition completed on January 21, 2026, VKUS-BUSTAN s.r.o. has become part of the TSC GROUP, a.s. holding structure.
Based in Frýdek-Místek, the company has been active on the market since 2004 and brings a team of approximately 500 qualified employees to the group. VKUS-BUSTAN holds international ISO certifications, confirming the high standard of services provided in the fields of security, cleaning, and facility management.
Furthermore, the company is a socially responsible employer and a significant provider of jobs for persons with disabilities, long contributing to the support of social integration and the creation of work opportunities across regions.
In connection with this change, there have been no changes to the registered office or identification number of VKUS-BUSTAN s.r.o. The company continues to be located at:
