CLEAN SUSTAINABILITY

Our companies focus not only on cleanliness as such, but also on highly specialised services ranging from technical cleaning using the most modern and sophisticated technologies, through site security to building management. We see our reliable daily deliveries of clean linen to healthcare facilities and flawlessly maintained environments at our customers’ premises through to the security of such sites, as both a professional obligation and our contribution to a healthier and happier society.

E – Environment

Sustainability is more than just a trend—it forms part of our day-to-day decision-making. Our goal is to minimise environmental impacts while making our operations ever-more effective.

  • We innovate – We implement sustainable technological solutions and equipment primarily to ensure the quality and effective performance of our services, while concurrently modernising both our buildings and our technologies with a focus on the environment, and partly with the use of subsidy programmes.
  • We digitalise – Optimising our processes and reducing waste generation.
  • We recycle – Whether this means packaging or water, we actively contribute to responsible resource management.

S – People and society

We care about people. We know that people are the driving force behind our services and the group as such. Hence we care for them, supporting numerous projects and the communities in which we operate.

  • Employees – Our employees are experienced professionals. We emphasise continuous education, health protection and ergonomics in the workplace. We have also prepared a benefits programme for our employees along with various other programmes aimed at protecting their rights.
  • Suppliers – We work with suppliers who share our values and approach their business activities responsibly and sustainably.
  • Local communities – We provide long-term support for projects focusing on sport, healthcare, social services and regional culture. We support our partners.

G – Governance

Proper governance = a solid foundation. We see governance as a pillar of trust—both internal and external. We seek to be transparent, predictable and trustworthy for our employees, customers and partners, and for the public.

  • Certification – We regularly undergo certification audits such as ISO (see the websites of the individual subsidiaries in the section Our companies) and independent assessments like EcoVadis, RBA audit and others.
  • Ethics – The group’s code of ethics is publicly available at our website and is binding for the employees of all the companies in the group.
  • Compliance programme – In the group we have implemented an effective Criminal Compliance programme, which is available at https://www.tsc-group.cz/ke-stazeni/. The group also has a compliance officer and, what is more, all stakeholders and whistleblowers can submit notifications, suggestions and complaints in the section Making a report, or by telephone, in writing or in person.
  • Integrated management system – We harmonise the achieved standards across the whole of TSC Group, available in the section Documents.
  • Transparency – We are planning to release a voluntary non-financial report for 2024, which will reflect our approach to, and progress in, ESG.
